Linx Iris checks the printed code on every pack, so a missing or smudged code never reaches the customer.
How it works
On the line.
A printer can run all shift and still let a bad code through. A vision check reads each code as it passes, confirms it is present, correct, and legible, and signals the line to reject the ones that fail.
Iris is the Linx vision option for its CIJ printers, specified together with the printer. Once your codes include a barcode or Data Matrix, it is the cheapest insurance on the line.
